A leading Digital Media Organisation is looking to for a Data Analyst to join their team. As a result of our continued data-driven revenue growth, we are looking to recruit a Marketing Data Analyst. This is a prominent role in supporting the business to understand and improve our marketing and business needs, enabling the business to constantly find new ways of identifying new opportunities for sales and marketing.
Salary: Up to £40,000 + benefits
Start date: Immediate
This role is fully remote while Covid-19 restrictions are still in place but will require going onto their London office once restrictions are lifted.

Interpersonal-
Enthusiastic and willing to learn; able to keep pace with changing needs and complexity of requirements
Detail oriented with organised and methodical approach to work
Confident and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude; takes ownership and pride in delivering the best outcome
Customer focused and deadline driven with strong planning and multitasking skills
Numerate with good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong working relationships with internal customers
General-
Highly data literate with proven experience of pulling together data from multiple sources
A passion for detail and accuracy
Media/publishing background desirable, but not essential
Proven experience managing conflicting priorities and effectively managing customer expectations
An understanding of Data Protection and data security procedures
Excellent project skills with the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, manage conflicting priorities and effectively manage customer expectations
Technical-
Strong SQL/BigQuery skills – able to extract, manipulate, transform and analyse large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy and clarity
Excellent knowledge of Dashboarding and Data Visualisation tools (ideally Data Studio)
Excellent Excel/Google sheets skills ideally with a good working knowledge of VBA and Google Sheets macros
Experience of Customer Data Platforms (CDP’s) would be an advantage
