Customer Service Account Executive
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £18000 – £20000/annum
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Account Executive to join our growing client in Rickmansworth. The ideal candidate will have gained some prior experience in a Sales environment or in a Customer Service office based position. Must have a strong telephone manner to liaise with clients confidently and build business relationships effectively!
Key Responsibilities:
– The Customer Service Account Executive will need to communicate with clients effectively to ensure all quotes are followed up in a timely manner as well as be able to negotiate and convert quotation opportunities into business.
– Must have an ability to log all quotes and retention activity onto the company system to follow up on as well as develop business relationships with clients.
– The Customer Account Executive will need to maintain a detailed knowledge of company products and services to make recommendations to exploit opportunities for new business and represent the company professionally at all times.
Key Attributes:
– Candidate will ideally have experience in a Sales or Customer Service role in an office environment
– Must have excellent communication skills to liaise and negotiate with customers and clients effectively to build relationships and a rapport
– Customer focussed with a proactive and ‘can do’ mentality
