Role Duties:
* Receiving inbound telephone calls and being able to provide great customer service
* Using problem solving skills, in order to find a positive outcome to any problematic situation that may arise
* Taking Debit card payments, money transfers or balance transfers ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Working on a computer and using in house systems to be able to provide the best customer service
* Understanding the customer’s needs as well as providing the customer with the right information and putting the correct solution in place
Essential Skills:
* Attention to detail
* Customer service experience, face to face or telephony
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good listening skills
* The ability to think and act quickly under pressure
Skills/Experience:
* Financial service/fintech experience
* Telephony or face to face customer experience
