We're excited to be supporting Premier Nutrition with their recruitment who are a leading provider of vitamin premix to manufacturers of animal feed across Europe and Asia and offers expert advice to customers from some of the worlds leading nutritionists. They are a part of the AB Agri community of leading animal nutrition products and services businesses.
The role:
As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for our Customers. Providing best in class customer service to ensure customer satisfaction every time. You will manage and coordinate customer orders and queries working closely with Supply Chain, Nutritionists and Commercial teams.
Some of the job responsibilities are below:
* Managing the end-to-end process for customer orders from input to delivery through to invoice
* Be clear and transparent with customers managing their expectations on any issues that may arise
* Liaise with Technical on any missing pricing, products on hold or sales stop.
* Liaise with Credit Control regarding accounts that have exceeded their credit limits or are on stop
* Manage any urgent/animal welfare orders quickly and effectively working closely with Nutritionists and Planning team
* Run shipping today report investigating orders that have not been despatched. Amend delivery dates in order and inform customers of new delivery date
* Liaise with Planning on any orders requiring quantity or delivery date amendments
* Monitor production amendments on delivery notes and adjust sales orders accordingly to ensure order quantity correct for invoicing
* Invoice sales order within 24 hours of delivery or customer collection date
* Liaise with Finance and customers regarding bulk deliveries to ensure order is invoiced at correct quantity
* Investigate & raise customer credit note requests and log complaints accordingly. All credit notes requests to be completed prior to period end

Ideally you will have experience in a similar Customer Service role within an agricultural business. You will have a passion for Customer Service and great attention to detail. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a strong team player. You will have excellent communication skills, be resilient and adaptable to change and be able to deliver an extremely high level of customer service in line with our business strategy and values.
