* Providing technical and administrative support to customers.

* Resolving order discrepancies with regards to shipping and order reception.

* Management of logistics e.g. Couriers, Invoice discrepancies.

* Coordination of GLP & next generation shipments to the US and Germany.

* Management/Coordination of orders submitted online by customers.

* Gathering customer feedback and recording within company database.

* Ensure correct people/departments are made aware and kept up to date on all relevant customer issues.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service centric position.

* Ability to speak French or German would be advantageous.

* Knowledge of biology or genetics preferred.

* Proficient with computers, systems, and Microsoft Office suite products.

* Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
