Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary/Benefits: £19,586 – £22,000
Location: Kettering
Contract type: Full Time – 6 Month Contract
Hours per week: Monday to Friday 8.50am until 5:00pm with Saturday cover taking place on a ROTA basis (roughly 1 in 6) & overtime paid
Your day to day;
The review and editing of family media
Creating visual media for display during private family events
Accurate, concise note taking whilst on the phone
Liaising with colleagues
Handling incoming calls and outgoing calls

Good attention to detail
An adaptable approach to changing workloads and ability to work under pressure when required
Good IT skills and computer literacy
Excellent Time keeping
A good understanding of English & Maths
