We are now recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Advisor . This is based in Alfreton. It is for an immediate start and is a temporary to permanent role
Accuracy is key to this role.
Duties
* Processing orders received – this will initially be 80% of the role but will customer service duties will evolve with training
* Order Entry using the system
* Flexing between different order types and use of systems
What we are looking for –
* Previous experience in a customer service/administration role
* Excellent data inputting skills
* Organised and efficient
* A self-managing and proactive approach to work
* Excellent IT skills
* Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite
