We are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly After Sales team.
The purpose of this role is to process and close out intermediate and end of defect work within contractual time periods by communicating with subcontractors, residents, and clients’ agents/customers.
A key function of this role is to manage, prioritise, and log calls for both intermediate, end of defect and NHBC claims.
The individual will be expected to provide a first-class service to our customers, whilst building and developing client relationships and liaising with residents verbally and in writing.
A vital part of this role is to ensure the Aftersales System is always up to date and telephone quires / complaints are appropriately addressed.
The individual will be working within a team to cover the core hours 7:30am – 5:30pm on a pre-scheduled rota system (7.5 hours per day 1 hour lunch break).
Other aspects of the role and tasks include:
* Updating customers as required, including a weekly status report.
* Assisting with general Admin requests.
* Assisting with Sub-Contract payments.
* Problem solving.
* Being a team player within a large busy department
* Arranging and ensuring Operatives diaries, in collaboration with Works Supervisors.
* Attendance to pre-handover meetings and client meetings as required.
* Researching and reviewing O&M manuals.
* Gathering evidence for cost recovery for clients and sub-contractors, in collaboration with other members of department.

* Ability to work under pressure
Desirably, the successful Customer Service Administrator will have Construction knowledge
