Job Type : Temporary, Full Time

Salary : £9 – £10/hour

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well establised business who are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on a temporary basis to assist them during their busy period. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis.

Key duties and responsbilities include:

• Monitoring and responding to all customer email enquires
• Updating the sytem with weekly and monthly reports
• Analysing data
• Contacting customers to ensure their requirements have been met
• Providing support to customer enquires
• Assisting the Customer Services Manager

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, have a professional telephone manner, coupled with strong written and verbal communiation skills and MUST be available for work immediately. This role would suit someone who has good time management skills and enjoys multi-tasking.
