Customer Administrator

About the role:
Working in a busy and varied environment you will need good IT skills, a desire to provide outstanding customer service and be keen and eager to learn and become part of a succesfull team.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accurate database records.
* Answering queries from customers.
* To proactively deal with customer requests and provide a great service.
* Respond and deal with first level customer complaints with a view to resolving any issues.
* Understand Information requirements and ensure accurate records are kept as required.
About you:
To be successful in this role you need the ability to handle difficult situations, pay attention to detail, prioritise your workload, and take ownership of customer queries. You will be working in a busy office environment as part of a team, but you will be able to handle your own workload independently.
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
Salary: Up to £17,500 Dependent on Experience
