Credit Controller
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £22000 – £24000/annum + Bonus
Anderson Knight are currently looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller for one of our reputable clients based in Livingston. The role will be working remotely until restrictions ease and then it will be a mix of working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Due to their continued growth, they are now seeking to expand the Finance team with ambitious, driven individuals who have experience and an interest in a future in finance.
Reporting into the Credit Control Manager, your duties will include:
* Ensuring timely payments of debts, following up on payments as needed and negotiating re-payment plans
* Manage and resolve any queries relating to debt recovery
* Maintain accurate records for internal and external audits
* Communication of debts collected to all relevant parties
* To escalate issues as required to the Financial Controller
* To work cross functionally with all departments to deliver and accurate and efficient credit control service
* Building and maintaining strong relationships
* Assist with month end procedures
* Preparing and distributing weekly debtor reports
* Ad hoc duties as and when required
