Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:15am – 5pm

About the Role
We have an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller, who is ready to take the next step in their career, with our highly successful client based in Glasgow city-centre. Whilst your main priority will be to ensure customers are paying on time and within agreed contractual limits, it’s essential that you can achieve this objective in the right way with a strong focus on building customer relationships, to ensure that invoice and payment queries can be addressed in a timely fashion.
Key Responsibilities
* Keep track of outstanding debts
* Plan course of action to recover owed money
* Deal with invoice and payment queries
* Administer the process of payments via Credit/Debit card
* Monitor and investigate the unallocated cash account balances and achieve targets set by management
* Ensure the highest levels of customer service

About the Person
For this Credit Controller role, it is essential that you are very well organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team and fast-paced environment. To succeed in this position, it is essential that you are highly organised and resilient with excellent verbal and written skills as well as a high level of numeracy skills.
The Reward
The salary for the Credit Controller role is expected to be circa £24k. This is an excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door with an ambitious and fast-growing organisation.
