Our Creative Design Studio provides a broad range of print and digital design services along with 3D animation and immersive design making us a unique design agency.
Creative Graphic & Digital Designer – The Role:
We are seeking a Creative Graphic and Digital Designer with 2-3 years’ experience to support our expanding Studio. The successful applicant will; be a highly creative all-round creative designer, with good skills in print and digital design, DTP, motion graphic and video production.
The successful candidate will work closely with the creative and digital design teams, bringing inspiring creativity to a variety of marketing, interactive design and UI tasks, delivering on client objectives by meeting deadlines and budget, whilst ensuring the high expectations and standards are achieved from a well-respected design studio.
Creative Graphic & Digital Designer – Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• An excellent understanding of digital and print design techniques
• Support the print design team in designing a variety of marketing collateral
• Support the digital design team in producing engaging video content, motion graphics, video production and interactive media
• Support our 3D and Immersive team in producing UI content and assets
• Strong Microsoft Word and DTP skills
• A passion for digital trends
• An ambition to grow and constantly improve yourself
• Be involved with design discussions providing your insight and ideas with the team
• Keep management and team up to date on project statuses
• Ensure projects are completed and delivered to agreed timescales, within budget and to the highest standards.
The right candidate will have the following skills and background:
• Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierePro, AfterEffects, XD, Quark Xpress, CorelDraw
• Knowledge/Experience of UI/UX design, Cinema 4D, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Unity 3D and Unreal beneficial
• An interest in emerging technologies like AR/VR would be an advantage
• Has experience or an interest in the engineering and manufacturing sectors
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills – verbal and written
• Excellent creativity and ideas creation
• Ability to deliver artistically impactful work on time
• Ability to multi-task under pressure whilst maintaining a calm, professional attitude
• Ability to work flexibly as deadlines dictate
• High level organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
• Team oriented with ability to work autonomously
• Resourceful with aptitude for practical and innovative problem solving
• Open to providing and receiving feedback.
Please note, candidates must successfully undergo UK Security Vetting before they can be appointed. The level of security needed is Security Check (SC).
