PCLR Ltd and one of their clients are looking for an experienced School Cook, kicthen supervisor to run a busy Primary school kitchen in the OL2 area of Oldham. .
Duration:
An initial 6 week period-8.30am to 11.30am
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Cook that can lead a school kitchen. Applicants must be able to follow recipes from start to finish whist working to a set menu. They will be assisted by two Kitchen assistants that will support. The Cook must create hot and cold meals including Cakes. we are looking for people with a history of working in a busy kitchen. You will be expected to delivery around 120 meals a day.
The Setting
The setting is a large Primary school in Oldham so it is expected that you will have an Enhanced DBS that is less than 3 years old
Clearance-It is expected that you are able to provide the below documents prior to being put forward for this role.
