This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and extremely reputable care company as a Cook. Working as part of a team of skilled Cooks you will be responsible for the day to day culinary operations within a professional kitchen.
The Role:
* Working with the Executive Head Chef and the Head Chef responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations of our professional kitchen.
* Preparing fresh ingredients
* Creation of menu for customers with staged diets
* Carrying out cleaning tasks and documenting all good and fridge tempratures
* Stock control management
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working as a chef is essential
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 / City in Guilds
* The ability to cook with fresh produce from scratch
