Position: Contracts Manager – Residential New Build
Location: East London
Company Overview: Our client is a recognised national residential contractor creating communities in London and the South East. Projects are typically c1000 units plus, with phases of (Apply online only) units in build at any one time. My client boasts an extensive pipeline of work, making them an exciting place to work.
Position: As my client continues to expand, they have been awarded planning on a number of new sites resulting in the requirement of an additional Contracts Manager to supplement their senior management team. They are looking for a successful and proven candidate to take control of 2 – 3 new contracts, and head up teams of Project and Site Managers. The role will include pre-construction duties, client liaison and ultimate delivery of projects with site teams.
Individual: You will have a strong track record of delivering new build residential schemes, either affordable or private sale housing to budget and on time. RC frame experience is preferred but not essential and you will already be established as a Contracts Manager.
The successful individual will be responsible for being the lead in; producing the preconstruction programmes (including all design/ procurement elements), setting up site teams, Budgetary, Planning/ Forecasting for works and liaising with the Design and Sales teams to ensure the finished product adheres to the design specifications and compliments the Sales and Marketing vision.
