Contracts Manager – Groundworks -West Midlands
Job Type : Permanent, Contract, Full Time
Salary : £60000 – £85000/annum Car Pension
Our client is a leading residential groundworks contractor based in the West Midlands. They have grown exponentially in recent years and have a strong focus on quality and service evidenced their blue chip client base of developers most of which being repeat business. On the back of sustained growth they are seeking a Contracts Manager to manage schemes in the West Midlands. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for:
* Managing 3 – 4 residential groundworks schemes roads sewers 278
* Management of men, materials and plant
* Management of health and safety
