Contracts Manager – Groundworks – Oxford

Salary : £60000 – £100000/annum Car Pension Healthcare Bonus
Our client are a growing residential groundworks contractor based in Oxford. They have an excellent reputation with their client base of national housebuilders and the bulk of their workload is repeat business. Due to continued growth they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to manage roads sewers and 278 schemes in Oxfordshire. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Managing 4-5 residential groundworks projects at a time
* Programming
* Quality
* Managing costs
* Managing health and safety
* Managing people, materials and plant
* Client Liaison
To be considered for the role you will have a background working with a residential groundworks contractor in a similar position.
