Contracts Manager – Fit-out / Refurbishment

Our client specialises in the fit-out and refurbishment of office & commercial environments throughout Manchester & The North West.

With various fit-out & Refurbishment projects ranging from £250K to £2m currently on site We are looking to recruit an experience Office / Interior Fit-out Contracts Manager, it is essential that you experience in running around five projects at anyone time with total values of around £5, The bulk of the projects will be North West based but there is be an element of national travel. A joinery background would be preferred for this role.

We are looking to attract the best Interiors / office fit-out Project Managers in the industry, and in order to do this we are prepared to produce the best financial and training packages.

Contracts Manager – circa £45k – £50K ( negotiable)
