Job Purpose
To provide effective administrative support to the whole company structure to enable excellent service delivery in accordance with the various company contracts & codes.
To play a role in the efficient operation of the team ensuring maximum flexibility to meet changing demands and undertake various tasks in order to deliver a quality service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
·Answer telephones, and deal with all telephone enquiries with a helpful, tactful approach and to see the enquiry through to conclusion.
·To process works orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that Priority, Target and Contract is taken into account
·Allocate works orders effectively by appointment, diary management, fax or directly by telephone
·Monitor, update & distribute works using the company database to ensure that each order is completed and all targets are met
·Book appointments for works by telephone, or either fax & email. Monitor and book any subsequent appointments.
·Liaise with clients, sub-contractors and members of the public. Keeping them informed and up to date with works progress or problems
·Collate paperwork pertaining to completed orders through invoice stage
·Maintain computerized records of all invoices produced and ensure that they are delivered to the relevant client department
·Accurately reproduce and send test certificates
·Accurately maintain the filing system
·Partake in any other duty commensurate to the role
·Adhere to the company’s quality management system and recycle correctly and responsibly
Office Location – Chigwell, Essex
Hours – 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break (40 hours per week)
Salary – £24,960.00 (£12.00 per hour)

RGE Additional Benefits
· 23 days holiday per year, and you can secure 1 extra day holiday per full year of service up to a cap of 25 days. From this allowance we will provide you the option to sell 3 days back to the company per year, or you can take 3 days into the next holiday year. In addition to the above allowance, you will also be paid for the 8 number bank holidays per year, or more if the government creates them. Over and above the increased allowance, should either or both Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve fall on a weekday, you will not be required to work past midday, but will be paid a full day.
