Contract Coordinator

GSW Consultancy are delighted to be working exclusively with a family run fire door safety Installation / manufacturing company that are currently recruiting for a Contract Coordinator to join their team based in Dartford.
The company have recently won a number of new contracts with Housing Associations, Local Authorities & Property Contractors within London and the South East.
The Role:
* Provide daily and weekly updates to clients across multiple contracts.
* Coordinate with the production team to ensure installation programme is met.
* Liaise directly with Installation Manager and Area Supervisors to ensure targets are being met.
* Communicate daily with key client staff and maintain contract trackers daily.
* Prepare reports for installation programmes.
* Attend weekly and monthly meetings with Installation Manager.
* Liaise internally with production team for producing weekly fitting schedules.
* Be the first point of contact for installation team within the office
