Contract Administrator
We are looking to recruit a Contract Administrator to provide administration and communication support to the Contract Managers working for a water treatment company in Welwyn Garden City.
You will be reporting to the Administration Manager, whilst providing support to the Contract Managers regarding current and new business management and development. Liaising with the Administration, Operations and Finance teams to ensure efficient and accurate handling of the enquiry to order process, aiding efficient delivery and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for new enquiry and order processing, using the necessary software databases
* Assisting with proactive and timely communication with Clients, existing or new
* Assisting the Contract Manager’s with quote generation
* Assisting the Contract Manager’s with quotation process management
* Assisting the Contract Manager’s with contract renewals and reviewing new order/renewal contract purchase orders
* Raising/tracking actions on Service Tracker
* Checking quote statuses with clients
* To assist the Financial team with information required ensuring accurate and timely purchases and invoices
* To assist the Operations Manager with information required to deliver the service efficiently and accurately
* Other administration duties as required to aid service delivery, quality review and output, and financial matters
