CONTENT PRODUCER

We're excited to be looking for a Content Producer to join our welcoming team on our portfolio supporting the social care sector. Contributing to the success of our many successful events such as the Community Care Live exhibition, plus our week-long festival of learning.

The Opportunity

Community Care helps social workers stay up to date with the latest and most significant developments in practice, law, and policy to help them to change lives for the better and flourish in their careers. We also support social work employers and leaders to recruit and retain high-quality practitioners and develop their staff to the best of their abilities.

To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the rewarding things you can expect to do:

* Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about social work and social care.

* Manage the programme for our two annual events, Community Care Live and the Festival of Learning, ensuring the right balance of speakers, formats, and topics.

* Work as part of a small team to ensure our events run smoothly and deliver a great experience for attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors.

* Commission, edit, and publish a range of content from experts for our subscription learning resource, Community Care Inform.

* Organise regular webinars, podcast recordings, and other learning opportunities for Inform users.

* Develop Community Care Inform’s social media presence, using a variety of channels to grow an engaged community.

Flexible working: 2 days in the office, 3 remote. This role is based from our Sutton, Greater London office
