Construction Engineering Project Manager – Hospitality Developments

Our Client is a Major Main Contractor and Developer. They have offices throughout the UK and a large presence in 5 Continents. This role is based from their North West London Office. Occasional travel will be required into Europe.

This is a rare position for a multi-disciplined Construction Engineering Project Manager to join their team. Our client are looking for a Project Manager qualified to minimum HND Level, ideally degree level. You should have experience of working with a developer, consultancy or main contractor on hospitality related construction projects.

You should have an appropriate Construction Engineering Qualification and at least 5 years experience Managing Installation Projects. Ideally at least two years should have been spent with a Main Contractor, Client or Developer. Our client does not mind whether you are originally Construction, Mechanical or Electrically biased provided you have a excellent all-round understanding of all construction disciplines and have solid Construction Project Management Skills with good exposure to the Hospitality sector.
Your career must show consistency and stability, our client will only consider people with long periods at employers and will not consider people who have spent large parts of their career working on a contract basis.
