Are you a Technical Assistant or Compliance coordinator looking for a new role within the fresh Produce industry based in Sussex.
Our client
Our client is one of the UK's largest suppliers of fresh produce to the major retailers. They grow and supply fresh produce. They are based in Sussex and looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure the team complies at all times with the required standards within the business and suppliers.
The role
The role ensures compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behaviour in the organisation meets the company's Standards and Policy's. To ensure the quality management and operational paperwork is completed accurately and to lead the team to 'What Good Looks Like' in the Packhouse for all documentation and operating standards.
The candidate
You will have worked in a similar role within the Fresh Produce industry in the Technical team. Someone who is in a Technical Assistant role / QC and wanted to step up into a more compliance-based position would be ideal. You must have good attention to detail and good interpersonal skills. Use of GMP and audit experience is required.
