Operational Compliance Manager
An Operational Compliance Manager position within an award-winning, national company with an outstanding reputation within the renewable energy sector has become available. Your aims as an Operational Compliance Manager will be ensuring external regulatory requirements and commitments are met, working practices are safe for your own teams and visitors, and the company adheres to its Integrated Management Systems.
Your main responsibilities as an Operational Compliance Manager will include:
* Leading a team of Compliance Delivery Officers and a Compliance Administrative Assistant in their duties.
* Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including the company's Integrated Management System.
* Regular auditing and monitoring of operational sites and the company's head office.
* Ensuring that all compliance documentation regarding staff training and site protocols are up to date, and fully maintained with a clear audit trail completed.
* You will be working methodically with excellent attention to detail, working to strict deadlines, and producing clear and comprehensive written reports with statistical information using MS Office.
Are you a person who is able to:
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Develop and deliver clear objectives
* Work with Integrated Management Systems (ISO)
* Work within the Waste Industry or have knowledge surrounding PAS 100/110.
* Travel to various sites situated around the country.
