Are you an experienced Compliance Administrator? Would you be interested in working for a rapidly expanding privately owned Facilities organisation?
We are currently recruiting for a privately owned facilities organisation that are looking to expand their head office function due to a sustained period of growth.
This position will involve supporting the mobile division and complaince teams on all administrative duties, this will include; liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers, booking in works, ordering parts, reviewing risk asessements, issuing permits, ensuring all works are logged on the system, ensuring all compliance is up to date etc.
* Starting salary negotiable dependant on experience. (circa £22-24K)
* Hours: 8:00am – 5pm Monday to Friday
* Location: Sutton
Requirements:
* Experience within a similar role is desirable but not essential.
* Fantastic organisation skills.
* Comfortable speaking with suppliers and contractors via the phone, email and in person.
* Competant IT Skills – use of word and excel, organising folders etc
