Communications & Digital Officer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £32000/annum
We’re looking for someone with a passion for creating impactful content across a variety of digital channels to join the EOA team. You’ll have an entrepreneurial spirit and be keen to develop not just the EOA’s content and communications approach, but also grow your own skills and knowledge.
You’ll play a key role in advocating for employee ownership, as well keeping EOA members engaged and supporting them to deliver great employee ownership.
Both creative and driven, you’ll have a strong interest in digital content, an understanding of how to use social and digital channels to support business strategy, be a confident writer, and have a keen eye for visuals.
As the ‘go to’ place for employee ownership in the UK, the purpose of the Employee Ownership Association is to unlock the potential of people, business and the economy through employee ownership.
This is an exciting time to join the EOA, as we enter a period of transformation. The employee owned sector in the UK is growing rapidly, and the EOA is adapting to meet the needs of our membership. In the coming year, we’re overhauling our systems and the way we interact with our members and stakeholders, so this is a great opportunity for someone to really make an impact in the role.
