My client provides high quality food and AA coveted 5 Stars have been awarded. They are situated in a quiet village setting and they are currently looking to recruit a Commis/CDP Chef to join their established kitchen.

YOUR ROLE:

* Assisting in the food preparation process

* Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes

* Preparing vegetables, meats and fish

* Assisting other Chefs

* Helping with deliveries and restocking

* Assisting with stock rotationCleaning stations

* Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
