Commercial Team Leader
Based near Maidstone
£35,000 to £45,000 DOE
We are recruiting for a Commercial Team Leader for our Insurance Brokerage client based near Maidstone.
This role will be supporting the Customer Service Manager within the Commercial Key Accounts team.
Previous experience within a Commercial Insurance background is essential for this role.
Job Role:
* Assisting with management of the team – providing feedback, coaching and 1-2-1’s
* Management of the team allocations – renewals & MTAs
* Liaising with the Human Resources team on ant employment related issues
* Working with team to ensure team goals, KPIs and SLAs are achieved
* Working closely with the Manager when recruiting and training across the team
* Preparing and delivering presentations internally and at client meetings
* Negotiating and deliver of MTA and claims settlements
* Diary management of Open GI
* Servicing of an allocated selection of larger and more complex accounts
* Processing of some MTAs and New Business
Skills Needed:
* Experience working within a similar role as either a Team Leader, Supervisor or main point of referral within team
* Excellent commercial experience within the insurance market – commercial combined
* Strong motivational and leadership skills
* Experienced using Open GI would be beneficial
* Cert CII qualified
* Proven experience running or assisting with running a team within an insurance brokerage
