Commercial Insurance Account Handler

Salary : £32000 – £35000/annum
Our highly successful and specialist insurance based client is seeking to recruit and additional Commercial Account Handler due to good company growth / business levels.
This is a Mon-Fri role which will be office and home based.
Salary in the region of £32-£35k per annum
Our client is highly established and deals with a mixed panel of clients
Each member of their Account Handling team controls their own designated portfolio of clients. They have a varied clientèle, covering a wide range of product types and are looking for someone who can handle a diverse workload, enjoying the opportunity to learn from the experienced team.
The role / duties and responsibilities
Day to day insurance administration of a designated portfolio of clients
Negotiation of renewal terms with Insurers
Re-broking existing business
* Broking new business
* Actively supporting clients through the claims process
Ideally the successful candidate will have 5 or more years experience. Some progression towards professional qualification would be a benefit and our client will fully fund any further studies.

Hours are 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday and benefits (after a qualifying period) include Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Pension and 25 days holiday, increasing for length of service and position
