Job Description
Due to significant growth in entertainment venues, we are now looking to recruit experienced Commercial Catering Engineer’s to join both our Reactive Engineering and planned preventative maintenance section.

Your Commercial Catering Engineer role:
* To carry out planned or reactive maintenance works at customer sites, as directed by the Operations team
* Management of van stock
* Completing work according to current method statements, plus relevant compliance and service-related processes.
* To actively highlight and report any additional works required for the continued reliability of customer assets
* To represent the company in a professional manner at all times and develop good working relationships with company’s customers and staff
* To ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed correctly and promptly
* Ensure all Health & Safety guidelines and statutory regulations are met and adhered to.
* Diagnose chargeable tasks in compliance with company policies and procedures
* Communicate on a regular basis with the Operations Team providing updates on work or tasks
* Able to work on a Call out Rota
Our ideal Commercial Catering Engineer candidate:
• COMCAT 1, 3 & 5/or domestic gas (will provide in-house COMCAT training)
• C&G electrical qualifications/experience
• Full driving licence
• Stable work history with good engineering skills
• Willingness to develop new skills and qualifications
