Commercial Account Executive

Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum
Our client being a leading independent broker is looking to recruit an Account Executive to cover their UK commercial risks to include commercial property, liability and combined risks.
To provide a quality service to existing clients, covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements; to advise, arrange and secure the appropriate cover at a competitive premium.
The role will be to secure new accounts and to generate new business and designing insurance programmes to protect material assets and liabilities of clients. Require a minimum experience of 2 years within a commercial/corporate role
Will be dealing with renewals, working towards achieving individual and team targets on both renewal retention and new business development.
Will be inputting new business onto the Open GI System including also renewals and endorsements. Attaching correct workings to certificates including any wordings exclusions, liaising with Claims Handlers, and handling telephone enquiries
Essential IT skills include: MS Word, Open GI, PowerPoint, Excel.
