CNC Miller / Programmer

CNC Turners and Millers required for this successful precision engineering company based near Huntingdon. We are an established company who specialise in supplying high quality milled and turned components and assemblies to a wide range of industries including electronics, motor sport and commercial aerospace industries.
We now seek to recruit a skilled and time served CNC turning as well as a milling machinist. Ideally experienced in both batch production and prototype work you will have programming knowledge of Heidenhain Control systems for our vertical mills and/or Mazak's Mazatrol for our Horizontal production mills, 5-axis machines and lathes.
The successful candidate will be time served (or equivalent) with evidence of previous experience working in a precision engineering environment. You will have a proactive "can do -will do" approach to work, and a commitment to delivering to client expectations.
Rates are dependent on skills and experience, typically between £14.00 – £17.00 per hour, plus paid overtime. This will be a permanent position with a 3 month trial period. Benefits will then include holidays of 20 days to start rising by one day each year to 25 days plus bank holidays and a stakeholder pension offering a generous employer contribution.
