CNC flatbed laser Operator/Setter
Rate: £11.75 – £13 PH
Hours: 7:45am – 4:30pm Mon to Thurs 7:45 – 3:15 – Fri
(Overtime available on a regular basis)
We are a family run sheet metal and fabrication business based in Coventry for over 25 years that have purchased our fist laser cutting machine.
This is an Amada 3 Axis CO2 5KW which will help the business to expand in to different sectors.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic laser setter operator to join our team at Harry Burrows Fabrications.

Amada Laser Operator Key Responsibilities
*
Setting the CNC Laser Machine
*
Loading the machine by Fork Lift Truck
*
Reporting machine or part faults
*
Taking parts off the laser when cut ready for production
*
Cleaning of parts
*
Maintenance of Laser Cutting Machine
*
Helping with production items when required ie; press brakes, assembly, fitting
*
Breaking out parts from Laser bed
*
Purchase requisitions for consumables
