Our client – A Marketing and PR agency based in Sutton Coldfield are looking to recruit a good all rounder to work within the team offering a support role in all departments to include:

Digital & social media

*

Events

*

Marketing

*

PR etc as required.

GENERAL DUTIES:

*

Front of house general office duties

*

Answering incoming calls from client

*

Preparing for client meetings & arranging parking, lunch & drinks

*

Sourcing promotional items for clients

*

Organising couriers to deliver to clients

*

Assisting in the organising of events for the clients

*

Carrying out satisfaction surveys via telephone

*

Occasional database cleansing when required

*

Online research

*

Sourcing prizes for email newsletters

*

Booking advertising packages

*

Assisting with direct mail for clients

*

Sourcing databases for campaigns

*

Using Microsoft Office package daily

There will be a lot of training in the role. so they are very open to who they recruit in terms of experience. However, some office based skill will be more desirable.

Education required: A level or above
