NLB solutions are working closely with a company based near St Albans town centre who are recruiting a Customer Services Administrator. You will be working closely and reporting to the Administration team leader.

Duties:

* Provide excellent Customer Service both written and by telephone.

* Work towards set objectives.

* Process general administration in a timely and accurate manner.

* Work as part of a team at all times.

Person Spec:

* Minimum of 2 years in an administration position

* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.

* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
