The Job Role:
T Denne and Sons are looking for an energetic individual with a great work ethic to join our seed cleaning team. Reporting to the Production Manager and working primarily at our Mersham site – TN25 6NU.
Job Description:
Operating seed cleaning machinery which will include the cleaning, mixing and packing various types of seed maintenance and engineering tasks to ensure equipment is fully functional and continued work to improving the systems in place.
Cleaning down plant machinery.
Order picking, distribution, and receiving goods in.
Stock management.
General warehouse duties, yard duties and housekeeping tasks.
Other tasks as required.
Monday to Friday (Apply online only).
However, due to the seasonal nature of our business, overtime is required at peak periods in Autumn.In Return:
* Salary based on market comparisons. OT at 1.5X salary.
* Full training and routes to progress within the business.

Candidate Requirements:
* Full driving license.
* Mechanically minded, and able to problem solve.
* Able to conduct a manual handling role – handling 25kg bags.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
* Counterbalance and reach forklift truck licenses are desirable.
* An understanding of seed, grain or farming would be advantageous
