Gateway Property Management are looking for a Cleaner/Gardener to join our team based in Southend on Sea. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis (Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week) and in return, you’ll receive a competitive salary.

What will you be doing as our Cleaner/Gardener?
You will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of residential properties across the South East. Duties will include grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, weed spraying, pruning and general tidying and cleaning.
Skills and personal traits we’re looking for in our Cleaner/Gardener:
– A full, clean (manual) UK driving licence and be willing to travel
– Able to work as part of a team
– A passion for cleaning and maintaining grounds
– Someone who takes pride in their work
– Ensure customer expectations are met every time
– Attention to detail is vital
– Reliability and consistently high standards of work
