Claims Co-Ordinator/Advisor
Location: Stoke on Trent
Salary £18,000 per annum
Monday – Friday between 08:30 and 17:30 40 hours per week
Pin Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for a claims co-ordinator/advisor on behalf of our client based in Stoke on Trent
Excellent Communication is required as you will be the first point of contact
Role and Responsibilities:
* Internal and external communication with customers and clients via telephone, letter and email
* Keeping customers up to date at all stages of claim
* Ensuring compliance is adhered to at all times
* Scheduling suppliers as and when required
* Liasing with colleagues, ensuring efficient results
Skills:
* Excellent communication written and verbal
* Computer literate – Microsoft Packages
* Time Management
* A good work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
