Cladding Estimator

Singh & Jones have recently we have been collaborating with a reputable system's house facade manufacturing specialist, who have a global reach. Having recruited a Facade Estimating Manager, my client are now keen to recruit an experienced Façade Estimator as part of their growth plans
This unique position offers the right candidate the challenge and genuine opportunity to progress, whilst working for a £48m turnover business who employs 350 staff.
You will be reporting directly to the Estimating Manager and the duties will include;
* Estimating and producing high-quality tenders for within the rainscreen cladding industry, as well as the full through wall system
* Liaising with internal design, manufacturing, and operational teams
* Attending design and estimating meetings both internally and externally
* Producing and maintain regular site surveys
* Carry out Take Offs from drawings
* Using Logikal for estimating
This vacancy will suit a candidate who has a background in Façade Estimating with a full envelope or construction background. The ideal candidate will be based locally in the Midlands and have a strong eye for detail. Being able to work under pressure is a given. The role will initially be covering a materity leave, but the requirement is a permamanet role.
