Overview

We are currently recruiting for both Chefs & a Sous Chef for a busy entertainment venue in Blackpool. The successful candidates must be passionate about food and providing the highest level of service consistently.

Both roles will require the successful candidate to work in a busy kitchen serving quality food to high numbers of customers. The Sous Chef will be required to cover in the absence of the Head Chef while maintaining the high stands expected.

Skills and Experience

The ability to comfortably work a busy section and cater for large numbers
Excellent English language skills
Food Hygiene level 2 certificate
Allergen certification
Minimum of two years’ experience
Right to Work in the UK

Loyalty appreciation bonus requirements 50p/hour

No smoking during busy hours
Not late for shift
Wearing full clean uniform
No unauthorised leave
