Amazing opportunity for a Chef de Partie to come join this amazing, boutique hotel operation in West Oxfordshire. The hotel has just undertaken a £7Million re-furb and has now fully operational. This mass re-furb also included a £1Million kitchen fit!
This is very much a 'destination' dining experience for people looking to stay in a quality location on the edge of the Cotswold's. The business is very popular with the London market, looking to escape to the country, or leisure guests needing some time out.
The food is a mix of modern British and European and everything is made from scratch using fresh produce. They have a real mix on the menu from small plates, a feasting menu and an entire section called simply; Meat! They also have a variety of funky sides.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie that can hold their own on a section and who is passionate and creative. They are all about new ideas and developing the product further, including taking input from the brigade.
Working X5, 9 hour shifts, you will be on the rota and will need to work a combo of earlies & lates. This is very much a 45 hour week.
Live in is a possibility.
