Chef de Partie Banbury (Live in)
We are looking to recruit a Chef de partie for a lovely little hotel based in a village location, just 10 mins South of Banbury in Oxfordshire. The property is part of a small, independent group of traditional British properties, boasting fresh and seasonal menus, with lots of British influences.
Working within a team of 5, you will play a big role in the kitchen, covering all sections and helping to run the kitchen with the Sous twice a week. The Head chef gets full control of the kitchen, menus etc also. The food standard is around the 1AA Rosette level.
