Do you have experience of working within a large volume catering environment in a Hotel? If so, my client is a leading Hotel group looking for a Chef de Partie to work in one of their amazing 4 star hotels in the North.
The Hotel is located in the heart of the stunning countryside with exceptional grounds and breath-taking views. You will be working be working in your designated area and assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef as and when needed.
The role is available on a permanent, full-time basis, 40 hours per week.
The Chef de Partie would need to be able to drive and have a clean licence due to the location of the hotel unless they are local.

* Supervise activities of chefs and commis chefs
* Be a team player
* Have great communication and interpersonal skills
* Be organised and motivated
* Be enthusiastic with a willingness to grow and learn
* Have a flexible approach to work and passion to progress
* Good culinary skills/passion for food
* Be able to follow direction from Senior Chefs and Managers
* Can prepare ingredients, cook meals and plate dishes on hotel menus as required thought your shift
* Can deliver exceptional food standards
* Have the ability to deputise in other chef’s absence
* Can ensure a high standard of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation
* Have a cool head and embrace responsibility
* An ability to delegate appropriately
