Salary : £22000 – £24000/annum

As Chef de Partie, you will help contribute towards the ever expanding menu and be responsible for running your own section – you will have the opportunity to work on all sections depending on your progress. The Employer is one that encourages progression within the small group across Norfolk and Suffolk.
As Sous Chef you will be working with an award winning and professional hotel kitchen (2AA Rosette). The brigade is strong and the Head Chef is looking to add to the team with a passionate chef who loves to cook good food! Award Winning Group!
What we need from you
Passion for quality and the desire to work in a well organized, large brigade serving some of the regions best fresh food!! Previous experience as Chef De Partie in a quality fresh food environment essential. You will also have worked in a quality Pub, Restaurant or Hotel background. Previous fresh food experience is essential alongside a passion for quality. This place is busy, so you must enjoy working in a busy, fast paced quality environment.
