PCL Recruitment are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie in the Darlington area.
Job Purpose
To work in a team to prepare and serve food to the highest standards, with input into menu development, costing and purchasing.
Hours
37 hours per week, temp to perm
Regular overtime available
£12.49 per hour

Main duties
* Assist the head chef and catering manager in running the day-to-day food prep
* Ensure that all food prepared meets the requirements of the departments quality policy
* Assist in planning and costing menus
* Assist with staff training
Candidate Requirements
* 3 years previous experience in catering
* Eligibility to work in UK
* 2 years reference, any gaps filled
