Salary : £22000 – £26000/annum
Our client based in Saltford, Bristol are seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team on a Permanent basis.
Chef de Partie Salary:
£22,000 – £26,000 per annum, dependant on experience
Chef de Partie Key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the food service.
* Assist in design of a seasonal based menu.
* Providing customers with an exceptional plate of simple, seasonal, great tasting food, consistently and on time.
* You will attend regular training with your colleagues, embracing new ideas and working as a team to achieve consistently high standards.
* Positively influence your department’s profit and loss, utilising AI technology to minimise waste.
* Achieving the highest standards of food safety.
Chef de Partie Requirements:
As a successful candidate you will have at least 2 years CDP or Soux experience, have a passion for great seasonal local food and be a team player. The ability to travel to Saltford with ease is essential for this role.
Chef de Partie Hours:
This is a full-time position, 40-hours per week, from 8am till 7pm.
