We are seeking a skilled and personable team person to work as a Chef de Partie for a hotel in Crawley area.
You will ideally have worked with good quality, locally sourced food producing quality dishes/gastro food. Working for up to 160 covers you will ensure a busy kitchen and have a flexible and willing attitude.
The key role at present to fill would be full time Chef de Partie around the £26k mark. In a hotel environment with breakfast and evening restaurant hours ranging from 6am to 9pm. A solid head chef, sous chef, breakfast chef, commis chef and KP already in place. Shifts usually 6am to 3pm or 12pm to 9pm. An interest in the pastry side would be good but not essential.
