Salary : £25000 – £28000/annum bonus + Tips
We are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie for a busy, fresh food focused, pub in Brighton, East Sussex.
This modern pub-restaurants is individually styled, serving local, seasonal high quality food to a very high standard.

Your role as a Chef de Partie will include:

The successful Chef de Partie will have:
* Have at least 18 months experience in a similar role
* A background in a BUSY gastro pub or similar
* Great cooking ability
* Thrive in the busy kitchen environment
* A great personality
