Do you have experience of working within a large volume catering environment? We are currently recruiting for an additional chef to join the brigade at one of our client's stunning holiday parks. If you don’t live close at hand, you will be provided with accommodation on the resort. Our client is a leading holiday park group who are looking for a new recruit to assist in the kitchen in an amazing and exciting holiday atmosphere.
The role is available on a full-time basis and accommodation can be provided for chefs who are from out of the area. Our client is also open to the introduction of kitchen teams as other chef level positions are also available.

·Have good culinary skills/passion for food
·Are able to follow direction from Senior chefs and Managers
·Can prepare ingredients, cook meals and plate dishes from resort menus as required throughout your shift
·Can deliver exceptional food standards
·Have the ability to deputise in the event of other chefs absence
·Can ensure a high standard of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation
·Have a cool head and embrace responsibility
·Have the ability to delegate appropriately when and if required
·Are used to working well under pressure; as no 2 days are the same
·Are self-motivated and adaptable
·Ensure the working environment is safe, clean yet fun and positive
·Are UpToDate with the food and safety regulations
